Food is always good and the service is good. The place seems clean and organized.
The staff were literally arguing and yelling while my family and other people were dining inside. One girl was complaining very... loudly that her leg hurt and she needed to go home and that she would be working slowly because her leg was hurting and sheappeared to be yelling at the manager. The customer service here is horrible. I travel for a living and have never been to a Wendy's with such bad customer service.... The rep at the drive thru wouldn't let me finish a sentence she keep cutting me off. She was so rude I didn't want to completemy order. Then when I got to the window their faces was extremely unpleasant. The face matched the tone. I strongly believe ifyou don't like your job. People can tell with your service. Read more

Our power was off and I can not start my day without my coffee. I was unaware but Wendy's gives seniors free coffee. The start... to my day did a 180. Friendly staff, hot fresh coffee and free. Read more
It was a clear oversight that my burger was underdone, nothing the microwave couldnt fix, but the service was fast and friendly.... Mistakes happen. When everything else is so well done its easy to forgive a mistake. I'll be back for sure. Read more
