Witnessed a male employee using the urinal in Whataburger?s restroom today. As I entered the stall next to him, he walked out... without washing his hands. To make matters worse, I realized there was no toilet paper available when it was too late!! LuckilyI found brown paper towels after my walk of shame to the sink. Store is otherwise clean on the inside. I left without orderingfood. Cleanliness should be a top priority for a national fast food chain like this one. Highly disappointed. So apparently shift change happens pretty randomly at this location and almost 90% of the time when I use the drive thru. My... last visit as I'm at the window waiting...and waiting...and waiting, another customer pulls up next to me essentiallysandwiching me with them and the window. Once they stopped next to me both her and the employee begin a "who can yell, cuss, andargue the loudest" contest with me in the middle just hungry and ready to eat. Had they not had my card I would've just left. Iguess 1 positive out of all of it was the entertainment factor added in causing me to stop paying attention to the time ??????? Read more
The lady at the register was really friendly and patient. They were busy at the drive-through, so in-restaurant orders were... slow. Our order was wrong, but they made it right pretty quickly, and it was hot and fresh when it came out. The fries werecold, and the floors were greasy to the point of being slick, but the restroom was pretty clean. Read more
Drive through is absolute garbage never less than 30 mins even up to a hour and a half. half the time I get ohh our systems are... down or a disrespectful person on the intercom. Being they are normally the only ones "supposed" to be open when I go to work,but I will not be going back here. Read more
I got a avacodo burger meal and a patty melt sandwich ( the patty melt was for my husband ) my burger was so good and juicy i... loved it , my daughter got the same thing. The fries were not good. Seems like they were a little old. But i enjoyed my burgerand i still dig whataburger. Read more
By far the slowest and worst service ever for any whataburger. Ordered thru the app, got there on time. 30 minutes later and... after hearing 2 arguments between the employees we got our food. Cold and wrong. Not only did I have to wait again but afterhearing the employee and manager curse each other for a 3rd time. I will not be going back to this location. Read more

I ordered a double whataburger with cheese & a order of fries. It took the order taker 3 times repeating my order back to me to... finally get it right. Then after all that they still didn't give me my fry's, so I had to go back into the store to get them.
