Have been to this place 5 times. Have only been impressed once. Recommend going to any other place that sells wings.
Called this place three times first time I called the girl acted like she couldn?t hear me I the phone, second and third time I... called they never answered! JUST CLOSE DOWN ALREADY!!!! 08/24/22 Yet another debacle from Shv/Barksdale location, ordered a 24piece on got mostly drums again, I order from this location because the one in Bossier was closed, I asked the manger to pleasemake sure she give half drums and flats on my last visit she said she would but ordered a few weeks later and my whole order wasmostly drums, I had about four flats, why charge extra if you?re going to give them to me anyway. I was kind of disappointed with this visit. I was not acknowledged when I came in and, once I finally got my order placed, it... took about 45 minutes to get it. I ordered the 8 pc wing (4 Hot Lemon & 4 Lemon Garlic) with fries and a drink. The wings didnot impress, but the fries were good. The store was clean and it had a very casual atmosphere. Visited this location recently and the service was horrible. My order was placed 15 minutes before arriving, I had to wait in... the establishment an additional 45 minutes for my order. Best to order online. Very slow counter service. Waited half hour for wrong order. The so-called boneless wings are simply... chicken nuggets. Fries were greasy. Large portions but not cheap. Meals do not include beverage. Will not come back. Read more
Terrible establishment. First of all they take forever to make an order. They say 13-18 min, but is always at least an hour.... They jus completely left an entire meal off my order n then wouldn?t answer the phone when I called back. They literally ROBBEDme. I definitely would NOT recommend this place. Save ur self Read more
The cooks can't count out the correct number of wings but charge full price. Avoid this location bossier Wingstop is better.... Half of my so called boneless wings were just fried greasy batter, no meat to be found. The fries were old cold and salty.Ordered online and still had to wait for my order when I got there.
