This place is horrible. Every time I come here I have to wait almost 30 minutes in the drive thru. After waiting all that time... the people at the window don?t even apologize for the wait they just stick their hand out for payment not hello how are youanything.. and to make it worse they just hands you your food and close the window. Tried to place an online order for today, not available. Called, no answer. Went to the restaurant, lights were on, but no one... was manning the drive thru and no one would open the lobby doors (even though folks were inside and it was during their regularhours of operation). Not sure how this place has survived for this long with such poor management. Every time I've been therethis year, the service has been substandard. I absolutely will not be returning to this establishment and wouldn't recommend it,even if they paid me. They desperately need new management....
