I frequent here and have always had a pleasant experience. Staff are always so friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Danielle!... (appologies if I misspelled your name????) She had helped me with my order and took her suggestion on ginger and spicy saucesfor my poke bowl and really love the combo! They know what they are doing here! Wow, first time eating at this place and its unreal! The portion fits the price - The food is amazing, customer service was... great and there was plenty of seating as people came and went. The best part was you knew what you were eating was healthy; Ihighly recommend. Read more
It's a pretty niche offering. Think if qdoba had a baby with a sushi bar. Fish selections are salmon or tuna, and there is a... number of fresh veggies/toppings. Staff is understanding if you've never been before. They could benefit from more menuselections that have been prepared for you, but if you go the build your own route, you may mix things you really shouldn't. Itsa little pricey, but what isn't these days. 4 bowls was about 70 bucks with tax and a drink, making it basically on par with alower end sit down experience without being served. I was not a fan when this restaurant arrived to Shrewsbury, but gave it another try and it won me over as a customer! What... makes me go back is the ginger sauce and spicy mayo - both together is a flavor bomb. So good, refreshing and filling! the "two scooper" bowl is perfect to fill me up and satisfy my sushi craving. wicked customizable & their bowls are wicked good.... My go-to is salmon, tuna, rice, lettuce with spicy mayo & an assortment of veggies. You can order ahead online, too! Read more
I?m vegetarian so my options are extremely limited. My poke bowl with tofu chickpeas and veggies tasted great but the bowl was... too pricey for takeout. And extra charge for another spoon of chickpeas? A bowl with uncooked tofu and chilled vegetablesshouldn?t cost $17, that?s on par with some dine-in pasta or Thai food. Won?t go back.
