We stopped here for lunch. I had boneless wings with Carolina reaper sauce on half and hot dry rub on the other half. It came... with fries. The wings were good. They were not dry or overcooked. I had root beer to wash it down. I thought the amount of foodwas appropriate for lunch and I'm looking forward to going back soon. Read more
I ordered 3 boneless wings with fries, some sides, and it was NOT hot when it finally got here and an order of 10 wings and... fries were missing. I called the store 3 times! Each time after about 30 to 40 seconds I had the automated system tell me "noone is there to take my call" REALLY?????? I am new to the area.... NOT good for these people that's for sure. I will NEVER goback. Not worth the $60 I just spent. The "boneless wings" are SMALLER than a McNugget!! Such a waste of money and time waitingfor... NEVER AGAIN!! Read more
The chicken at Buffalo wild wings is so good. I'm surprised to say, even the side Mac and cheese was perfect and cheesy. They... have Pepsi products which makes me happy, most places have coke. The atmosphere is so calming and peaceful. My husband and Iwent at 530pm and it was not super busy, so it was enjoyable. The food was so good and filling, after you eat maybe 10 or 15wings; you are stuffed. I was surprised haha well now there's left overs for the weekend. Read more
Bad customer service and very slow cooking. On top of that, I ordered take out and they gave me dry wings with no sauce and had... to drive back for the sauce then she tells me “it’s too late to add sauce” ???? it takes like 30 secs to toss in a bowland mix sauce in it. First timer at this place. Chicken was awful. 10 tiny pieces of chicken and I mean tiny! Fries were worse than TV dinner food.... Stale and cold. I honestly don't know how anyone likes this place. $14 for a 10 piece is robbery for what you get. Never trustthe hype. This place is awful. Read more
I’m rating the food a 3, just because it was decent but the guac was bad unfortunately I don’t live down the street and... can’t drive there since I’m 40 minutes away. The tortilla chips tasted rancid but hey nothing I Can do about it and Ican’t drive back also paid cash and didn’t ask for recipe but hey can’t always expect good lol I guess just buy at yourown risk. I am not one to complain but I just have to, to help others and make sure no one wastes their money or time going to this BWW in... shrewsbury. I’m not sure where to begin because the entire experience was awful from the service to the food. We were seatedand the attitude of the waitress was atrocious. I have worked in customer service for years but this woman’s attitude left mespeechless. We went hours before closing and ordered the boneless wings and they came out cold, hard and inedible. I ate a fewbecause I was starving and work as a first responder so I couldn’t wait to send them back, my partner did not eat a singlewing. The waitress never asked or came back and just took away the full plate without even asking. I was so speechless Icouldn’t even tell the waitress what the issue was. I would appreciate to be contacted by a manager. I have my receipt saved.Please do yourself a favor and do not go here it’s really bad I can’t believe what happened. Save yourself and money!!
