Walked in to place an order. We were told they were closed and to order online and pick up at the counter. We left and went... elsewhere. They looked very short staffed. I?m guessing this is a result of nobody wanting to work anymore. F?n pandemic! Wow,I just looked at the other reviews for this establishment. I travel the states for a living, and always look for the nearest Chipotle. I?ve had great experiences, and some not so good... ones, however this takes the crown for the absolute worst, most upsetting and unforgivable experience. The staff was less thanprofessional and for some reason they were out of nearly all essential ingredients and the tidiness was gross at best, Iwouldn?t feed the slop they call food to my dog. The food is generally good and the staff are usually nice. There is a lot of inconsistency with portions however. Today, I paid... full price for a baby burrito. Not dropping y'all for good, but this is pretty disappointing for the price. Read more

Worst chipotle experience I?ve ever had. I?m not talking 1 or 2 times either, since this location is convenient for me I end up... here often on the nights I work late. I can handle the unprofessional staff screaming profanities and blasting music from theback and even the lack of cleanliness, but telling me ?we?re closed? at 9:30 when hours are clearly posted as closed at 10pm iswhere I draw the line. Do better. For real. This is not how to run a business. I strongly suggest going elsewhere for a meal. Read more

My partner and I ordered online from this store. Not only did they not have our order ready at the scheduled time, but they were... completely unapologetic about it. To add insult to injury, they refused to make our food at all, even though we provided proofwe paid for it and were willing to wait. My partner was not rude or unkind to them in any way, so they had absolutely no reasonto refuse us service. I am absolutely appalled that Chipotle would refuse service to a paying customer. Every other time I'vegone to a restaurant with a mixup about an online order, they made the order and apologized. There is absolutely no excuse forthis sort of unprofessional behavior. Avoid this Chipotle at all costs. Edited to add: When I called the store directly,everything was done through an automated system, no matter what I put in the phone tree. There is absolutely no way to contact ahuman being at this store. Chipotle apparently insulates their staff from criticism by refusing to provide a direct line tomanagement. Shady as hell. Read more

Every time I order from them on door dash I never get my extra portion of chicken! Literally just got a burrito bowl with little... to no chicken! This is the third time this has happen. Not to mention half the time I don?t get my chips or cheese. If you getfood from them you?re better off going to the place yourself. Read more
