Fast, clean, excellent wait staff. My favorite is a medium mixed hot drink made up of a hot half dark roast coffee, half hot... chocolate, two creams and of course topped with whipped cream! Almost forgot egg and beacon wrap to go too. Stop by soon. Read more
This is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts in the area. Almost every time I get a drink it's not made properly. Several times I've... asked them to remake the drink due to this. Today I went to get a frozen mocha and they are so heavy-handed with the chocolatesyrup it was undrinkable. I asked the girl to make me another one with less chocolate and she proceeded to fill it up to the maxas you can see from the picture below. Terrible customer service. It's your typical DD but even by the DD standards its pretty bad. I've stopped going to this place because my coffee always... tastes and looks like dirty water. (Is what happens if you've added too much water to the mix...or keep adding water to getevery last grain of coffee out before bothering with a new brew). The hash browns are consistently cold and never crispy. Theto-go wraps and other sandwiches I've ordered from here have had cold eggs and/or cold sausage. It's remarkable no one hascomplained to home office yet that this prime location is under preforming. Read more
I visit this DD once in a while, and meet friends there to have a cup of joe and a treat or two. This is a very busy DD because... of it's location. Although, they do have an occasional down time too. The service is friendly and fast. When I ask questionsabout a new menu item, the employees are always eager to answer. This DD is one of my chosen places to go to. I love themunchkins and the new two dollar snack items. These hit the spot when I need a little something. The donuts are made fresh atthis location too. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE FAT SHAMED! I ordered an ice coffee with cream and sugar and they forgot the sugar, so I... asked for another coffee. All the employees made fun of me behind the counter for wanting sugar in my coffee. Luckily my friendsaw and said something, but we didn't receive an apology. For the volume this store does in a day, i give them two thumbs up. They still manage to smile and will always make your coffee... right. Bathrooms are standard clean, floors are clean, never seen a fly roaming the Boston Creme section. Good place here Read more
