Unorganized place. I order my food and received email will be ready within 6 minutes take me 15 minutes to get there. I was... standing at the order pick up area one of two lady?s works there today she came and said 1 minutes To go and work on anothercustomer order came after me she dropped her drink at her car and never came back to finish my order. Walked in the employee had gloves on and was preparing food, with the same gloves stopped what he was doing rang our order in at... register took the cash never changed gloves or washed hands and went right back to preparing our food with the gloves he hadjust handled money with. This is terrible cross contamination on everything he has touched won?t be back. Staff needs bettertraining. Read more

The worst service I've ever gotten from anywhere. My family and I were on vacation visiting Boston and we stop there to eat. ... Waisted about $100...the fries were thrown in the bag, I don't even feed my dog like that.The burger was horrible, tasteles andfalling apart. You can still taste coldness of being refrigerated. The fries were saggy, oil. We mentioned that to the cook, weended up putting everything in the garbage. JUST HORRIBLE....First and last time eating @ Five guys. I asked for a bacon cheeseburger with lettuce and onion, hard right? What I received was a hamburger with tomatos lettuce and... mayo. Hands down the best burgers and fries. It's pricey but it's well worth it when you really want a burger. This location was... fairly dead on a Tuesday afternoon so we got our food quickly. Staff was friendly. Read more
I'm used to eating at the Allston store, which is faster. Today I waited a long time for my order and when the fries arrived it... was super salty and the bacon in my ?Bacon Cheeseburger? was toasted, overcooked. I hope they get better. I've never had anyproblems on the Whaltham and Allston lines. Read more
