My family and I eat at this place every Friday during school with our family - its extremely reliable, friendly staff and, of... course, Keno (that helps). I do wish they had more steak options on the menu (prime rib), but that is a very minor suggestion. Read more
I can't comment on the atmosphere for I ordered take-out. The young lady I picked my food up was nice and polite. The place is... very small. There reputation is good food and reasonable prices. It was Friday so I ordered the fish and chips. The fish wasfresh but had very little taste. It should be flaky and a little on the sweet side. They use a very cheap fish. And it reflectedthat. Cod/Haddock/Scrod are the traditional good tasting fish. Nice and flaky. The fries were tasty but too mushy to eat. I wasdisappointed and would not recommend the fish&chips. Read more
Staff doesn't seem to want to be there... Food seems rushed and they need to clean their fryers, the oil is old or cold...or... just packed full Resulting in overly greasy foods. Fir drinks I had an old fashion, it was OK. It didn't taste properlymeasured. Oh and there is no Lakeside view.... If desperate, I'd go here again. Read more
I had steak tip salad and he had fish and chips. I loved my salad. It was big with lots of greens, red onion, roasted red... peppers, Gorgonzola and steak. Could of had a few more pieces of steak. Fish was fresh fries were too skinny but lots of them. All in all it was delicious and will go back again. Read more
I’ve been coming to Lakeside Bar and Grill mostly for take— out when there isn’t enough food at home. The servers know... that I’m ordering either fish & chips, steak tips or chicken parmigiana.
