First time & will be the last time. Extremely dirty restaurant! The food was decent, but seeing how dirty everything was makes... me concerned on how it’s made. The pictures on google are deceiving (from many years ago and not up to date with currentconditions) - the floors looked un-mopped & gross, most walls have splatter from a previous mess, looks like years of grime inthe kitchen area and the appliances look disgusting/rarely cleaned. The waitress was cleaning the tables/counters with windex.I’m sorry, but please clean your restaurant asap. Didn’t even use the glasses they provided, just drank bottled water. This is the first time I tried their chicken shawarma and I didn’t satisfied with that. I have tried shawarma so many places... and this is not what I expected. May be because of the cheese and lack of fresh veggies. Read more
Absolutely amazing! Staff were fantastic, our group had no idea about this kind of food, and the lady here was absolutely... amazing, very knowledge able, and had great energy. Food was great both times and so was the coffee! Read more

The food was good but not much to my liking. However I credit that more to my taste then their proficiency. I'm excited to try... their food again and try something that might fit my pallet better. As far as atmosphere and the staff you couldn't ask for anicer host or a cozier atmosphere. Read more
Update: Almost after 2 years, I was thinking of trying it again but I still not able to build enough courage to spoil my evening... one more time after reading and remembering my prior experience. First time here, I reached at 8.15pm and the food came ontable at 9pm, nobody apologized even why it took so long to prepare. On top of that they ran out of bun for burger and insteadgave bread which is not at all acceptable. Food was also not so good. Read more
You can't always judge a book by its cover and that's the case with Uptowne Mediterranean. The fairly unassuming exterior... belies the quality of the food. This is the best Greek food I've had in some time. The appetizer sampler includes meat pie,kibblie ball, grape leaves hummus and pita. All delicious and well seasoned. We also tried the spinach pie which had flakycrust and plenty of spinach. The Chicken Tekka and Kibbee rolls were both also delicious, packed with flavor. Nice lunch sizedrolls. The lettuce was fresh and the hummus and tsatziki sauces were so yummy. Everything was fresh and so tasty. Definitelyworth stopping in for lunch. Takeout with easy online ordering, or eat at one of the tables inside. Read more
