Went for my anniversary, service was quick, attentive, right. The atmosphere was elegant. Our server was very attentive. The fish from the sushi bar felt very fresh and of great quality,... will definitely recommend getting anything from there. I've been coming here for years. My last visit this week will be my final. It's very sad what COVID has done to our restaurants... but when I'm paying top dollar I expect impeccable service. My calamari was soggy full of oil. The salad wasn't fresh andcrisp. I was so underwhelmed with the quality of beef. I would expect prime USDA. I can get better steak at the grocery store.The sides mushrooms and spinach were ok. They did not mess up my bottle of wine. Waitress was rushed and you could tell she wasoverworked. Great food and great atmosphere for our first experience. We didn't have a reservation, but was able to sit by the sushi bar. We... still felt welcomed to order from the menu. Our waitress was great, and she recommended great dishes. The lamb chops weresuperb! And the surf and turf was good too. Kenzo at the sushi bar was our entertainment for the night. Wicked good! I have to update my review and say that lastnight was one of the best meals I've had at Willy's; the steak tips... with brandy cream sauce and onion strings ????. I usually go with the filet, but I wanted to switch it up and I'm so glad I did!Always a great place to go when you want to stay local and eat a good steak dinner. When the Sushi bar was open, this was one ofthe best places to go. Comfortable atmosphere and VERY accommodating to food allergies. We go there quite often and absolutelylove it! **EDIT! celebrated my birthday there tonight with my husband, two daughters and a couple friends; it was fantastic! Thetable enjoyed a few appetizers, some sushi creations from the amazing Kenzo and of course delicious entrées! Our friends, wholive 1.5hr away were thoroughly impressed by the atmosphere, sushi and food - they already want to make plans to go back! Overall, good food. I recommend the side dishes: creamed spinach and the Parm fries. I was suprised to see Korean style short... ribs on the menu and was tempted to order it for a second... but didn't because I didn't want to be disappointed. It is a bit...unorthodox to say the least to see it on the menu. The filet mignon was cooked as ordered and delicious. The cakes were onpoint. The dynamite sticks was a bit too sweet for me, but to each their own. My only pointer for improvement is for the staffto refill the tables water. Had plenty of wine, but if the water glass is empty just refill it. :) Read more
