I should know better thsn ordering food in a deserted restaurant. Years ago I used to order from this place quite often, there... would always be people dining or lining up for takeout. The food will look good and appetizing. Today there were two peopleserving, which in the beginning ignore me finally one of them move slowly to where I was and asked me what I wanted. At themoment there was no chicken whatsoever in the warming plates. I ordered a new chicken just to give it a try, the guy movedbehind I guess the serving table, I have no idea where the chicken came from, I also ordered veggies and sweet potato casserole,the veggies were tasteless and overcooked, The sweet potato casserole horrible, a runny mush, and the chicken, I repeat I had noidea what it came from. I thought when he went to the back that they didn?t have chickens in the warming plates and he was goingto get a fresh one from the rotisserie, no such luck. I have never eaten such a bad meal in my life from a place that used todeliver good food. What happened, no friendliness, pathetic food. Too bad they don?t have a Zero stars. Read more

Very confused counter staff. I ordered a large turkey meal and they didn't have enough turkey, so they hacked up what they had... left and tossed it on the plate. Then didn't give me my sides until I asked again for them. Also ordered a whole meat loaf andwhole chicken. They seemed overwhelmed by this type of order which just doesn't make sense to me. They tried to suggest I orderonline next time, but that doesn't help someone who is traveling for a high school sports event and decides to pop in for dinnerfor the family. Read more
I called 11/22/22 in the morning before the location in Shrewsbury opened and a manger answered and advised he was busy and to... c/b in an hour. Because of working I was unable to call until later. I wanted to know the difference in price between @ verysimilar items on the menu and the Haitian Manager rudely advised that one can't get the one item online; it's in store only. Iwas not even able to finish a word without his finishing what he thought I was going to say so much that it was frustrating. Another man came on and advised he's the supervisor in charge? I tried to explain that I was calling to ask for the differencein price and items between 2 family meals on the menu and he did the same thing. I actually cut in at his rudeness and stated,"I don't know how understaffed or busy you are but both of you did not allow me to complete my question, interrupted me andresponded to my question before it was finished. I am hanging up now." and I did. I JUST wanted to know: when it comes to theThanksgiving family meal for 3, (which the Haitian manager advised was $45.99 but sounded unsure.) VS what the cost anddifference is from the Family feast for 3, which the same guy quoted as $39.99 but it is $34.99 online, what are thedifferences/similarities? AND: Does your location not honor the menu price listed online? Seems like some don't know the cost ofmenu items. Read more
