Bathrooms were filthy covered in black dirt all around the doors and at the handles. No toilet paper except remnants of a loose... roll. Definetly avoid eating in and use the drive thru when possible. Food was good but tables in dining room were dirty andthey forgot to give my friend his strawberry lemonade. Read more
The food was good especially the chicken Swandwich. I my opinion the place is getting beat up and needs deep cleaning and... repair. I judge a place by how clean it is. The base boards are dirty and beat up. The floor needs scrub!!! and mopped hard.The workers were good. I worked at Wendy's 1977 to 1981 and we were spotless before we opened the door. Read more
We ate lunch here today and there were only 3 employees working. Drive through was open and inside was also open. Those 3... employees were busting their buts to serve us as fast as was possible. I have actually been in fast food restaurants with doublethe employees and had much worse service. So refreshing to see employees working their hardest and doing the best they can. Read more

We visited arbys in Shrewsbury pa this evening and ordered a few things at the drive thru. Got home and this is what I got... (supposed to be the new chicken ranch sandwich. It actually had half a nugget on the sandwich and the cheese is hard. I calledto talk to the manager and she started yelling at me and hung up on me. I called back to get her name and they wouldn?t tell meher name but the guy I talked to was named Will. I will be contacting Arbys corporate office. Needless to say I will never goback to this location again. This manager was very very rude . Read more
We have visited this Arby's many times over the years. I am always impressed with the staff I interact with during our visit.... They almost always seem happy and very willing to service and answer questions. The food is hot and served fast. The dining roomis clean. I especially enjoy the historic photographs of local people and buildings. Read more
The Strawberry and Cream fried pie was so warm and good, it was fried perfectly. Will definitely get again!
