Arguably the worst experience I've ever had at a chick fil a. The girl taking our order talked over us the whole time, assured... us she had our order correct despite us questioning it because she was clearly not listening. We get to the window and our orderis wrong. Its an easy fix, but when we explain the mistake they argue between one another about whether or not to charge us morefor the missing item (mac and cheese instead of fries as a side instead). We didn't even ask for the missing sauces because wewere ready to go at that point. The boy at the window was polite for the most part and we got our food, but the way it washandled in a manner where we could hear the girl who took our order essentially calling us liars over mac and cheese is sad tosee at a business that rarely disappoints. One of the best Chic fil A there is. They are so fast and you never have to worry about them missing something in your bag. It?s... always there. As a customer who was not familiar with your menu, I didn't feel that I has a good experience. The cashier who took my order... in the dt line had 3 years of experience that did not get me what wanted. I said I wanted a chicken sandwich with lettuce andtomato..... he up graded it to a deluxe .... I got fried chicken not grilled, which is what I wanted. There were pickles on thesandwich...which I didn't want but it was still edible. I realize it was fast food but I thought I'd get closer to wanted. Read more

went tonight and waited 40 minutes in the drive through while the other line was moving fine. was just picking up a mobile order... and they read me back the order and i was given an EMPTY fry container. what a joke. petty. Read more
Excellent place to dine in. Food was great, service was perfect. I really like that they put out the condiments and utensils for... customs to grab, super easy. Drive through line wasn?t busy and restroom was very clean. Coming back soon when I?m around York. Read more
First time having breakfast at Chick-fil-A. The coffee it's one of the best brands. Sausage and egg sandwich better than other... fast foods. The renovations to the building allow cars through quickly. Read more
