This is the 2nd time now that we've ordered online and found sides missing from our meals. Both times Ive driven 10 mins back... only to find them closed, when they are supposed to be open. It would be common courtesy to inform us if a side wasnt availablewhen we pick up. I understand working conditions are rough with staffing issues as I work in food retail as well. Working with customers can be... difficult but respect goes a long way. Just making eye contact and welcoming to your restaurant goes along way, too. Associatesdo not have to rush customers through the serving line. If you provide good service, customers will wait. If you provide rushedunfriendly service, customers will be upset and angry. Also, I know you need to call to the prep associates when certain foodget low, but there is know reason to SCREAM! This place is absolutely disgusting. We just left this evening, the food is horrible. They were out of almost everything, the... food they did have looked so old, the tables were filled with old food and trash you couldn?t even sit down. There were dirtydishes stacked to the ceiling on the center cool area. The sodas were flat, waste of 30$! Will NEVER eat here again! Stay clearon a Sunday evening, unless you want food poisoning!
