This is the 2nd time now that we've ordered online and found sides missing from our meals. Both times Ive driven 10 mins back... only to find them closed, when they are supposed to be open. It would be common courtesy to inform us if a side wasnt availablewhen we pick up. I understand working conditions are rough with staffing issues as I work in food retail as well. Working with customers can be... difficult but respect goes a long way. Just making eye contact and welcoming to your restaurant goes along way, too. Associatesdo not have to rush customers through the serving line. If you provide good service, customers will wait. If you provide rushedunfriendly service, customers will be upset and angry. Also, I know you need to call to the prep associates when certain foodget low, but there is know reason to SCREAM! This place is absolutely disgusting. We just left this evening, the food is horrible. They were out of almost everything, the... food they did have looked so old, the tables were filled with old food and trash you couldn?t even sit down. There were dirtydishes stacked to the ceiling on the center cool area. The sodas were flat, waste of 30$! Will NEVER eat here again! Stay clearon a Sunday evening, unless you want food poisoning! at least the 3rd time we have ordered online, driven over to the chipotle, only to find it is closed and will be closed for 3... additional days. This is really getting old. Had to figure out how to dispute the charges and get my CC charge cancelled. Good friends and neighbors report the same thing. I need to find another fast food pick up restaurant. I've also experiencevery light servings, even when ordering extra meat $$, extra veggies, cheese, etc. My bowl comes in less than half full (seeimage) while the wife's regular bowl at $8.99 is full, while my $14 "extra everything" is half full. Very, *VERY* disappointed in this store. We have been avid and frequently chipotle fans for years in several cities. This store is theworst.... by far! We now avoid and go to Jalape~nos. If you don't have the staff, close the store. Don't allow online orderswhen its closed for 3 days... Seriously. Read more
Hours always changing . One day they are open 4-8 today the sign shows 5-8. Outside waiting for store to open at 5:04pm with a... line already forming . The store still didn?t open and time with more than 5 staffers within the inside. Need better management! When they opened they were out of everything ! Read more
This is the best Chipotle I've been to. The first wow factor was the Lady sharpening her blade like she's working on her second... Michelin & then prepping like she's done rangiri since she was 5. I was ordering for a party that included someone who hasCeliac, and as soon as I announced that she was already in the process of changing her gloves and pulling out cheese and meatuncontaminated. They keep them in special bins inside of the fridge. She was attentive and on top of everything and markedindividual containers which were both gluten free based on what was in them. I did not even have to ask. From start to finishall three of the staffs were exceptionally attentive and very polite. As opposed to some of the other Chipotle locations, theingredients here or were better chopped and more fresh. Sophie, Abby & Autumn deserve a star from corporate. They get 5 from me. Read more
