One of my childern is extremely picky and Dominos is the only pizza he likes. However, yes we have had to return pizzas in the... past & they were great about it. Delivered new pie & picked up the other for quality control & teaching new employees perse (per manger ). The last few times he has loved his extra Saucy pizza. Honestly I think the new ovens have made a hugedifference in the quality. Thank you for always being pleasant to deal w/ if an issue comes about. Most of all thank you formaking a great pie for my picky eater. Also, to those you make personal attacks on ppl is just ludicrous lol lightn up or cookfor yourself ??????? Read more
This is a new location, and it even has some indoor seating. They always make good pizza, subs, and pasta dishes. Plus the... employees are really nice. Read more

This monstrosity of a pizza was delivered to me. I did take the only edible piece and give it to my son while I called. The girl... who answered the phone was so beyond snappy and rude. She said I could return the pizza for a new one or get a gift certificate.I told her that my 2 yo was eating the piece of pizza and she said I had no choice but to take a gift certificate because he waseating the pizza. Well that doesn?t help us not having edible food for tonight for everyone else. We also have Covid so theycouldn?t accept the pizza back anyways and if they would take it back that?s super concerning. My BIL called back after ourphone conversation because it?s unacceptable and I?m too sick to even pick up my head and the girl was extremely rude to him aswell. This is so consistent with this location. Truly awful service and it always seems like the food is gross. This is thefinal straw. Update: they did send a replacement pizza after talking in circles. They never showed up or called!! Absolutely the worst experience ever with this location! I had an extremely difficult time... ordering on the phone with an employee who obviously was not trained to do their job. After waiting for over an hour for ourfood I called to find out that it was not delivered. The new employee put in the wrong address altogether and never typed in myphone number for a call back. After talking to them I was told they could remake my order and send it out but then again thatwould be like another hour.
