Dined in Echo about a week ago and have nothing but good things to say. I ordered Molcajetes Como en Colo, it just sounded good... and I clearly didn't know what to expect. It arrived in a giant boiling cauldron with a red sauce and assorted meats. it was sodelicious and enough for me (a big guy) for two meals. Our appetizer, Camaronez Fonzo, a creamy sauce with shrimp was equallydelicious. Their Tortilla chips and sauce were tasty as well. Planning my birthday dinner here so they better be ready! Only bright spot is the guacamole prepared at the table. Place was practically empty but took forever for food to arrive.... Burritos were sloppy and soggy and lacking in flavor. Had to ask for utensils and napkins. Side of mac and cheese was cold andinedible. Cheese was watery and tasteless. Half way through the meal the waitress asked if we wanted the check. Weren't offeredrefills on water or soft drinks or asked if we wanted dessert. Discovered why service was so slow when I visited the restroom.Wait staff was chatting in the last booth as they wrapped utensils in napkins. Read more

Over priced bland food. Small portions and orders never right. (Only 4 people dining in whole place, not under staffed ) Flan... even sucks. Will be my last time here. My 4th and last time here... only two stars. Edible but nothing more. Read more

Awesome food and good service. An authentic taste with very nice decor inside. The food was delicious, I ordered C48 which was a... flank steak with chorizo. Unfortunately, I did not get to take a picture, but it was plated quite nicely. The inside wasdecorated very nicely with a few TVs to keep you entertained. The food took a little while to come out, but very reasonably forfreshly cooked to order and worth the wait. Definitely recommend, and will be back when in the area! Read more

My husband and I ate here for lunch. We've seen this place but never stopped before. They start you off with salsa and chips... and if you want guacamole they make it fresh in front of you. We had the chips and salsa. We both had the L4 which was a beefenchilada, Spanish rice and beef taco. The enchilada was nicely filled with beef and a well seasoned sauce. Rice was tender andthe taco was loaded with meat. Everything was hot and tasted really good. Will return again. Read more

I've never been much of a fan of mexican cuisine, but this restaurant has changed my mind and I have been back several times.... The picture is there burrito fresco, which is my go to now. It is awesome. Read more

Great chips and salsa which are very important! They do shrimp very well too. However, to be a great Mexican restaurant you... have to do asada and pollo well and this is where Echo Frezco falls short. Read more

Wow!..What can I say?? A real Mexican restaurant in Shrewsbury PA?? Your kidding!! Lol They have amazing food, trust me,... you wont be disappointed! No, they don't serve alcohol ..but it is BYOB. Its worth your time to make the trip if you are in thearea. Read more
