Off the hook fries drive my visits. The burgers alway great and hot, something the other chains never get right. Staff is always... clean and friendly, worth the extra bucks for this level of quality. Great store, good work! Read more

A little expensive for fast food in my opinion, but as far as Five Guys goes this location seems to have it together. I can't... remember them ever messing up my order or taking an exceptionally long time to have my order ready. Read more
We love the franchise, but this store gave us the worst service... We'll never go back. First, we ordered 4 burgers, 2 large... fries. First burger was actually a patty and a half, idk where the other half ended up, but it wasnt on my burger. It also hadonly one piece of lettuce on it. The second was a double bacon cheeseburger, where they left off the bacon and the extratomatoes that we paid extra for... we know this because it only had one tomato on it. The other 2 were correct thankfully,probably because they had only ketchup on one, and plain bacon burger for the other. The 2 large fries came just short of thetop of the fry cups, with nothing extra in the bag. We called when we got back home with our food, where we were told it wouldrefunded, but never was. I gave it 3 weeks for them to make it right. I hope this chain goes out of business for being cheap andcheating their customers out of what they paid way too much for some hamburgers and fries. Always a concistent product. Great staff, very friendly. My only issue is that they are very proud of those burgers.
