Last 2 months has gone downhill. Use drive thru most of time. Order is wrong or missing items 35% of the time. Has gotten so bad... that you have to check every order before leaving. 1. The woman taking my order in the drive thru line was rude and dismissive, but she always is so I guess that?s just her... personality. 2. The line itself took a weirdly long amount of time for a not busy time of the night. 3. I had to wait evenlonger in a parking spot for two sandwiches along with every other customer. Absolutely terrible service. Our entire order was messed up (used drive thru) some of it was missing. Had to wait for 10 minutes... to even get the food in a parking space. Once home and saw order was messed up, tried to call for 15 minutes straight yet no onewould answer the phone. Avoid this location at all costs! Read more
This McDonald's makes you realize why minimum wage is so low. Unfortunately most (but not all) the employees are terrible to say... the least. Rude, slow, and don't care about the job at all. 6 cars got parked in app spots and we continue to wait for 13minutes for breakfast sandwich. I ordered two sausage egg and cheese and received one bacon egg and cheese and one sausage eggno cheese and. Then the lady argues with me and tells me that's my order and go back through drive thru if I want somethingdifferent. All I wanted is what I ordered and paid for. The staff only seems to keep getting worse at this location for somereason. Maybe start by hiring a manager who can hire good help instead of drug addicts. Good luck people. I would go toChick-fil-A. This is the worst experience I?ve ever had at a McDonald?s and definitely the worst foods. There is a McDonald?s every few... miles, save your money and go to another one. It can?t be worse than this one. I ordered two triple cheeseburgers and fries andafter waiting for 20 minutes with a very empty lobby I got the wrong order, two single cheeseburgers which were falling apartand cold with cold fries. The employees were just standing around. Another customer came back and said they had got the wrongorder as well. They made him wait about 15 minutes, probably longer he was still waiting when I left. The food was all cold ithad clearly been sitting. Really terrible experience all around. This location has made a bunch more mistakes than others, and- having a kid- it drives me NUTS when they have the Happy Meal... containers that don't match the toys given. (They seem to always have previous toys in the current Happy Meal boxes.) Also theentrance is a sharp angle and often bottoms my car out, no matter how slow I drove or how I angle the wheels. I will say it'sbeen better lately and not closing early due to employee shortages, at least from what I've seen. I know these times are crazy. I think the current employees are pretty good.
