Please stop advertising that you have bread bowls. For the 5th time in a row, I've ordered soup with a bread bowl (both online... and in person) just to learn that you don't have them. It doesn't matter if I order for lunch, dinner, or later - you never havethem. Read more
The service was great, the guy behind the counter was very friendly, and my order was perfect. I'd go back again.
Drive through had a very long wait and when we got our food, the chicken sandwiches were cold and looked unappetizing (they were... so good the first time we got them from the same store). I ordered chicken and rice soup and my husband ordered chicken noodle. We both received chicken noodle and it was all broth and two noodles total between both cups with one piece of chicken in onecup. I gave it all to my husband who refused to eat it because it was truly all broth. $31 later and we had food lessappetizing than the worst fast food place. Panera breads new signature is pretty expensive even with the packaging they put it in and I asked extra dressing and this what... they put in my container. No joke 3 drops of dressing came out. $21 you pick 2 meal + regular lemonade through the drive thru.Nice staff @ window. Just think prep needs to pay more attention for the money I spent. Read more

Big mistake not opening before 8am for breakfast. I ordered on line and waited for you to open. Sitting in the parking lot I... saw 5 people try to in for breakfast. If you advertise breakfast than at least open at 7am not 8am! Read more
