$7.50 spent and before my first sip this is what it looked like. Really??
This place is always out of items or is always closed. Closing for a staff meeting at 6 pm is just ludicrous. I can see later in... the evening like 7:30 but closing right when people are getting off work is extremely unprofessional. Whoever chose that timedefinitely needs more training. Not to mention the long wait times in the drive thru or the mobile ordering ALWAYS turned off.This place either needs new management or corporate needs to get involved. Edited to add.. staff is still as rude as ever.People stand at the counter normally because they need to order or need help with an order that is WRONG and to be ignored as ifyou?re standing there is extremely unprofessional. Especially when they weren?t busy. There was ONE car in the drive thru andone customer waiting. I will be calling corporate. It is always something everytime I go there. Read more
The staff are very friendly. Never had a problem with anything. I go more often than I probably should.
Their prices are ridiculous these days, and you spin the wheel of fortune getting a consistent cup of coffee, some days fresh... and hot with cream and sugar. Some days weak and room temperature and they forget sugar. For the price they charge for a regularcup of coffee it should be perfect and consistent every single visit. Read more
This Starbucks is so slow!!! The Shrewsbury location is always out of things. I went late afternoon when it isn?t even busy and... it still took 30 mins to order a drink and get it. The queen street location is much faster and always has stuff. Read more

Drinks are always amazing & made correctly. Ordering on the app is a game changer and I?ll never go back. Nicole was the Barista... who served my drink & even with a mask on, you could tell she was smiling! So welcoming & kind. Definitely exceeded myexpectations. Great parking options also. Read more
