Visited this Subway location at 12:20 on May 17,2022. Terrible customer service. The person at the counter seemed completely... clueless and definitely needs more training. I ordered a rotisserie chicken salad and the salad was warm and tasted stale. Moneydown the drain, for sure. Read more
Even though they go a bit light on filling your sub in my experience, I was willing to overlook it and get two footlongs today... with a coupon I got in the mail. But when I entered the store I saw a newer sign saying they won't accept coupons. Okay. Iguess no income is better than some income? To each their own. Read more
I went to eat at this subway?. & their bathroom was disgusting. I brought it up to the person working & their response was ?the... people that go in there make it dirty? so I asked her to clean it and she said she was too busy to do so. I left. This location closes at 9pm. At 8:45 We were kicked out when my 5 year old needed to use the bathroom. This man said the... bathrooms were closed because he was by himself and needed to clean. My 5 year old ended up wetting himself due to this man nothaving a conscience. Shame on you. I would give less stars if I was able. Read more
We went from eating subway a few times a month to maybe once a year now. Every year, the quality and quantity of what we buy... goes down. I can tell that even the olives are different; low in quality because they taste disgusting now. Subway profitsdecrease every year, you would think that someone would do something about it. They even started skimping on my dressing. Iasked for 2 different dressings on my Italian sandwich and I didn't taste a single one of those dressings.
