Probably the worst Tim's I have been in! The restaurant wasn't busy, so being behind or understaffed shouldn't have been a... problem. Our breakfast sandwiches were barely warm and the vanilla cold brew we ordered tasted nothing like it was supposed to.We ended up throwing it out because it was undrinkable. The women's bathroom was closed so I used the family one. It neededcleaning very badly and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. My husband said the men's was the same way. My blackcoffee was good and our sandwiches tasted good even though they weren't hot. That's why I gave it 2 stars. Read more
Somebody should file a missing persons report, because I'm probably still stuck in the drive thru. 40+ minutes on a Sunday... night, 6 cars in line. We haven't moved in 15 minutes. Absolutely broken Tim Hortons, keep driving. Sure wish I did. I'mliterally trapped, I don't even want a coffee anymore. Read more
We were on our motorcycles and thr line up was out the door in the morning. However it went quick, the manager.was awesome and... kept his staff running like a well oiled machine. Service was friendly and quick. You can tell that he enjoyed what he wasdoing. Great job!!! I go to Tim's in Penticton and 3 people inane take longer then the service we got woth 15 people ahead ofus. Read more
Waited in drive through for 20 min before any movement. Decided to go in and 2 people working other guy on front just shrugged... said nobody even acknowledged him. Terrible service both drive through and inside I would but zero but can't. Worst tim Hortonaround. Don't bother go to seven 11 across street. Read more
Stopped here for lunch on our way home from family vacation. The large table accommodated our family and it was cool inside on a... hot day. The food was good and the service was fantastic considering how busy it was. Read more
The worst Tim Horton's I've ever been to. I typically drive to Salmon Arm to get Tim's to avoid this store. Today, in a... momentary lapse of judgement, I thought I'd get some Timbits I got home with the Timbits 20 minutes later and they were hard asrocks. This was the busiest weekend in town so far this year so there is no reason they should not be fresh.This is one of manypoor experiences at this Tim's over the last 2 years. Worst drive through ever. Doesn?t know the meaning of drive through when each order is taking 5-10minutes. Whoever is travelling... through this town. Dont waste your time at this location. The restaurant was short staffed only 2 ppl working for drive thru andas well as inside orders. I highly suggest to change the management/shut it down, if they cant hire more staff to work the busyshifts. Horrible experience. Read more
Walked in to get a coffee around 8pm last night. There was a line up for the counter with one employee making a sandwich. When... asked if anyone else was working here. Their reply was they were on break. So there was one employee to work the counter, drivethrough and make sandwiches. I walked out. Read more
