I spent 20 minutes in the drive-through behind another car wasn?t able to back out and leave because there was a car behind me... so I was stuck there when I got to my order I ordered a impossible whopper with cheese meal a double cheeseburger meal a mediumsprite and a medium sweet tea when I got my food it was a regular whopper with cheese the double cheeseburger was hard like twocookies the fries were old and Wilted. I went back went inside to get my order fixed the girl at the register said she was therefor two days she didn?t care what anybody thought or what anybody said she don?t care I told her my order was wrong it took themanother 15 to 20 minutes to change my order and they still gave me the wrong order it was the worst service ever seen everybodyin there were complaining this is the Burger King on Blackhorse Pike in Williamstown New Jersey it was the worst service I haveever gotten the worst food I have ever gotten altogether I spent about an hour and a half trying to get my food straightened outat Burger King Read more
Stopped to get my chicken fries and french fries for my son almost 8 bucks...the chicken fries were 5.39 by themselves as we are... leaving we see the sign in the door chicken fries and other sandwiches 2 for $5 Very nice how they don't even mention anyspecials to get a better deal for more food and less money...Also the bathroom was deplorable. I brought their chocolate chip cookies and it was burnt. I will definitely wait for new cookies next time. Wish I tried one... before leaving. The guy knew it was burnt and he wanted to put it in the microwave to soften it up. People all request your foodfresh we not getting it for free. Read more
Lost a star because fast food means now a days. Cooked and left on a steamer until c orders. Never do I get a juicy burger... because it just came off the grill. Same on all these burger joints. You still get orders but long gone the days needing anapkin because the burger is just freshly made. Unless you go in a order and wait for it. Requested an Impossible Burger Meal WITHOUT MAYONNAISE but received my food with mayonnaise!!! This is the very FIRST time that... this type of sandwich was NOT soaked with mayonnaise! The sandwich was actually pretty good. I told the manager what I orderedand she said that I should have brought it back!!! I told her the sandwich was pretty good and I liked it. It was extremely busy, the sign said pull up, if no one answers in a minute. Then they got mad cause the owner put it up but... customers were supposed to know to ignore it.???? It was a mad house.
