Worst ever! It?s only 8:50! No ice and I asked for ice for my 3.00 drink a guy without gloves comes and brings me a cup with ice... from the back! Sir fill the ice machine? this cup of ice is nasty and doesn?t solve the problem! They?re also missing sides!!!I?m done!!!! Read more

Flavorful and delish Recently fell in love with their soft tacos - chicken, peppers & onions, corn, lettuce, cheese, pico. And... of course queso ???? which gives the majority of flavor and worth every upcharge. Started getting rice and beans on the sidesince they dilute the flavor in my opinion (and the brown rice is sometimes a bit undercooked imo too). Staff was friendly andpositive too Only thing I would change is being able to tip with credit card. Many places have the option to tip when payingwith credit card and I was surprised to see the transaction go through without any prompts to tip. We ordered two burritos, one burrito bowl, and a large chips and guac. The burrito bowl was correct, but the two burritos were... completely wrong and very messily made. The burritos also both had meat which was inconvenient since I am a pescatarian. Theguacamole was also horrible? It was browning and did not seem fresh at all, we didn?t end up eating it. Disappointed as usual from this location. I ordered a bowl which was thrown together, literally, it was leaking by the time I... was ready to walk out the door. I asked for a medium cup he slammed it and continued to be focused on the phone he was on I waslike okay rude but whatever. Then there was an issue with the pos. I paid received a receipt and then was told by the gm mypayment didnt go through. That was the start of the entire encounter. My friend paid mine and hers and then he said theremaining balance was my total after she already paid for it. He couldn?t communicate what was going on and on top of thatextremely rude. Prying into my conversations about the issue, talking with his hands and rolling his eyes. The behavior was veryimmature to say the least. And then I asked for a refund at that point there was a payment issue and my bag was leaking beanjuice. The gm said I had to email chipotle for a refund and continued to the next customer with no hesitation. Very short and Inever heard of a CASH register not being able to process a refund. Not sure what he was upset about but being the lead of thestore he could?ve kept his composure and handled the situation differently. This is hands down the worst Chipotle in south Jersey. I have placed an online order 3 times here and EVERY time the order has... been incorrect in some way. It must be they fail to update their system and can't supply the order. Or possibly the lovely kidsworking there cannot read or simply put together orders as they feel. Every time I come here the portions are terrible the staff is slow and the orders are wrong or poorly made. It seems like any to... go order gets thrown in a bag. It?s pathetic Read more

One of the best burritos I've had at Chipotle. Had a great experience with my dad while sharing a veggie burrito. It was the... first time I tried their sofritas/fritas?? (sp?). I forgot the burrito makers name but he was very professional and and onpoint with his recommendations on how much rice, extras to add etc. Great service. No complaints whatsoever. Update visitduring the pandemic 2021: Great visit. Ordering was super easy. Respectful employees. Only bummer is they don't have theplethora of tobacco sauces to try out but during the pandemic it's totally understandable. Read more

Everytime I go to this chipotle location, they are either out of food, understaffed, or mess up your order. Today I stood in... line for 20 minutes before anyone could help me.
