I been going to friendly?s for years and never have I had such a horrendous experience. We were served by an obviously new... employee, who had absolutely no idea what she was doing. There were only two tables and it took 20 minutes just for someone tocome over to get our drinks. We waited an additional 30 minutes for our food just for the order to come out wrong. We thought wewere being a bit harsh when other tables started complaining as well. Employees were no where to be seen, and it seemed likethose who were there had no clue what was going on.
