Let's get started here I haven't been friendly's in a while I had to run out with my daughter and my son-in-law to pick up... supplies for repairing our home so did some of the crew come with us I told him I would treat them to a friendly's dinner! Welllet me tell you something our server Marchell blew me . I have not seen a server like this in many years she was really excitedto take care of us every time she came back to the table she asked if there's anything else she can do and she said thank youand yes sir and no sir. I told her Marchell you don't have to call me sir every time you come to the table . Okay sir this younglady you can tell that she enjoyed serving the crew when we sat down everything that we ordered was spot on perfect! It was likewe were at a five-star restaurant! Her service was quick impeccable. If you could experience how well she took care of us you bewriting the same words I am! In my life I have been in some high quality establishments that would cost close to $1,000 just tosit down to have a meal. I been going to friendly?s for years and never have I had such a horrendous experience. We were served by an obviously new... employee, who had absolutely no idea what she was doing. There were only two tables and it took 20 minutes just for someone tocome over to get our drinks. We waited an additional 30 minutes for our food just for the order to come out wrong. We thought wewere being a bit harsh when other tables started complaining as well. Employees were no where to be seen, and it seemed likethose who were there had no clue what was going on. I went to try friendly?s for the first time ever despite everything I?ve heard. When we arrived the menu looked great and the... server we had was off to a good start. We place our order and the food came out relatively quick. However this is where theproblem begins. The photos used on their menu is straight up false advertising so if you don?t read the description of the itemthen, like my husband, you?ll be confused. We addressed the confusion with our server and she decided to go the kitchen and tellthe staff that we were complaining that the burger was wrong. Yet all we asked was if this was the same burger because thepicture looked different. All the serve had to do was explain that it was indeed the correct item and the photo was justslightly misleading (mind you the photo of the burger had what looked like pulled pork or beef but what arrived on the burgerwas chunks of brisket or something). The server then returns and offers us another item instead and when I made an assumption onwhat an ?impossible burger? was given that everywhere else who uses those words refer to it as a plant based burger. When Iexpressed that to my husband, the serve who was facing my husband gave me the dirtiest side eye and snapped back with ?it?s notan impossible burger?. I was rather surprised since she had just said impossible burger but I assumed I just misunderstood,however I did not appreciate her being rude and disrespectful. The serve proceeded to go back to the kitchen to bad mouth ussome more. Needless to say we addressed it with the sever who acted like we couldn?t hear her from our seat, boxed up the sadand over priced meals, and left.
