No longer do dollar sodas any size, however their menu still had it appearing at the drive-thru. They would not honor it. Again... McDonald's fails yet another of the basic tenants of customer service. Further to that, the manager gave us an attitude, wentto check the menu, and then sent a little girl back to the drive-through window to tell us that they will fix it but they willnot honor the price. Absolutely terrible service trying to order through the drive through. The line became SUPER long, and took 15 minutes just to... get to order, then had to sit another 15 minutes just to pay. Meanwhile, you can see all the teens just chatting with eachother, taking their time, just bs-ing around. Read more

I was taking advantage of a free chicken sandwich offer, but the experience was destroyed by the horrible PAPER STRAW that came... with the drink that I ordered, that changed the flavor of my drink, stuck to my lips, leaked air while sucking and started tocollapse near the end of drinking. NJ law doesn't require paper straws! All paper straws are beyond horrible, but the ones atMcDonald's are some of the worst ones that I've found. Read more
