To management. Please try and hire 1 person that's an adult to manage or babysit all the children that are working there. Aren't... you ashamed of all these bad reviews? No longer do dollar sodas any size, however their menu still had it appearing at the drive-thru. They would not honor it. Again... McDonald's fails yet another of the basic tenants of customer service. Further to that, the manager gave us an attitude, wentto check the menu, and then sent a little girl back to the drive-through window to tell us that they will fix it but they willnot honor the price. Absolutely terrible service trying to order through the drive through. The line became SUPER long, and took 15 minutes just to... get to order, then had to sit another 15 minutes just to pay. Meanwhile, you can see all the teens just chatting with eachother, taking their time, just bs-ing around. Read more
While driving uber for the summer as a teacher, I stopped at around 10pm on a Friday. Ordered a Fish Fillet and when I received... it , it was cold and hard. The fries were greasy and cold. I was tired after driving 12 hours to even go back. If I can't getthe same quality at 10pm as I would get at 2pm, then the location should not be open past 2pm. Read more
This McDonald's is of the Atlantic expressway in New Jersey heading into Philly. The exterior parking lot looks clean and... safe. The employees were very friendly and helpful ????. The food was fresh and yummy. I love McDonald's coffee alwaysfresh. Thanks to all the employees owners who keep my stomach full and keeping alert while I drive. Gerry Read more
Going through the drive threw first off couldn?t hear the lady cause employees joking in the background. Then the lady was rude... when I had to repeat myself cause she didn?t get it the first time. I was taking advantage of a free chicken sandwich offer, but the experience was destroyed by the horrible PAPER STRAW that came... with the drink that I ordered, that changed the flavor of my drink, stuck to my lips, leaked air while sucking and started tocollapse near the end of drinking. NJ law doesn't require paper straws! All paper straws are beyond horrible, but the ones atMcDonald's are some of the worst ones that I've found. Read more
