Their hoagies are great, other sandwiches not so much. For the price you?d expect way more. Ordered roast pork and it came ice... cold with thick chunks of non melted provolone. My 2 chicken parmigiana sandwiches had literally no marinara on it, when in itsdescription it says it does. Normally I wouldn?t leave a review but with their astronomical prices, I?m disappointed. They were really busy on a Saturday evening?that was perfectly understandable. However, the guy in the back was out of control.... Screaming and yelling about how busy they were. He?d ?lock both doors, I don?t care?. ?Don?t even answer the phones?. ?One line!I don?t want nobody cutting!? Completely unprofessional. No one was complaining or anything. We could all see they were busyand no one was rushing them. He just kept whining and crying and yelling about how busy they were. I?m sorry for patronizing thebusiness. I can assure you?.it won?t happen again. Read more

This establishment always gives off highly racist vibes. This is not my first time picking up a order or placing a order here.... For some reason they treat people of COLOR like they are invisible. My order pick up time was at 6:02, I didn't receive my orderuntil after 6:30 meanwhile all the white people that came in after me was out the door before me. The worker literally made myorder after taking care of the people who came in after me. This has happened to myself and people i know way too many times. Iwill NEVER give this establishment my money ever again. Read more

I tried a piece of of Primohoagie way back in 1995. Had never had one since. I believe it may have been Italian or turkey.... However a friend mentioned she was getting one for her daughter and asked if I wanted one. I checked the menu. Ordered one.Let's say I went from a small to large in 3 days. Primohoagie was EXCELLENT!! I had the Corned Beef Schwartzie*. I didn't takea photo of the 1st sandwich however I did of the other 2. The large one lasted for two days...lol Thank you Primohoagie keep upthe great customer service and serving a great product. Read more

Today was my 1st and last purchase at this establishment. I ordered whole Italian hoagie, but glad I was charged and received a... small. When I tell you this was the worst hoagie I?ve ever had, I MEAN the ABSOLUTELY WORST. They put white American cheese ????instead of provolone. The meat look like it had been shredded and extremely salty, so salty I couldn?t eat it, no onions, barley any lettuce, no oil or vinegar. I asked for oregano, (nope none). Also the bread was hard. Yet the young man taking myorder says their hoagie?s are the best. ???????? Read more

I ordered a very large order from Primos and once again was disappointed. I stopped ordering from this establishment because I... kept getting dry sandwiches even after making it clear that I wanted Xtra mayo. When I ask for mayo on my sandwich it does notmean I only want it on one side of my sandwich. These sandwiches are pricey and the sandwich needs to be made the way I like it.Yet I got a dry sandwich. I paid almost $15 for a hoagie that I did not enjoy. My oldest tried to convince me that they wouldchange but they haven't. I can make a hoagie at home for cheaper and without the hassle. I definitely don't recommend thisestablishment to anyone. You will get a sandwich the way they eat it dry. Read more
