I usually enjoy popping into Royal Farms from time to time for their fried chicken. Yesterday, I was super-hungry after sitting... in shore traffic for an interminable amount of time. First stop upon entering the store is the soft drink fountain. Oops?, nocups (??!!) available at the soft drink fountain. OK, I guess I will get a bottle of something to tide me over. I order mychicken and go to pay for it. Oops?, the payment processing machine isn?t working. A human comes over and, after a bit of time,accepts my payment. I pick up my chicken and my side order of pasta salad. Let me go grab a fork for the pasta salad. Oops, wehave no forks. Well, I have a fork in the car, I?ll eat the pasta salad a little later. Last but not least, napkins for thegrease on the fried chicken. Oops, we have NO NAPKINS in the entire store! I am totally sympathetic to the supply chain issuesthat stores are grappling with these days, but I think this is a little bit over-the-top ridiculous. And no one seem toparticularly care about the state of affairs. Not coming back to this Royal Farms again, that is for sure. Read more
This location takes the prize for the WORST ROYAL FARMS in the area. Why do you ask?? The service is horrible. 90% of the... staff are rude and ghetto. When the Assistant Manager (Debbie) threatens a customers by saying ?I?m calling my husband ? thenproceeds to get you banned from the store for asking about chicken?! There?s a deeper issue going on here. Every young blackmale that walks into the store she hates. The store manager (Stacey) needs to fire her immediately, along with your shift leadwho likes to hang the phone up on customers. Stay away from this location. I hope corporate fires the entire staff. Today, Feb. 11, 2022, the gas station attendant closed the pumps down at 6pm since there was no one to work the next shift. This... seems to be a frequent occurrence at this location. It?s one of the busiest times of the day to buy gas! Ridiculous! Offer abetter salary. Often during the day, there?s only one attendant too. This location is on a busy highway just off of the AtlanticCity Expy. Read more
The cleanliness of this location was ok. The bathroom was filthy but the store itself seemed clean. I ordered a sausage egg and... cheese croissant and a hash brown. The sandwich was barely warm. It did not taste very good considering it should have beenwarm. The hash brown was good. This is the first time we bought breakfast food from a Royal Farms. I think it would have been alot better if it was heated. I think I?ll stick with a Wawa breakfast for now. Read more
I have never been to a royal farms like this. Absolutely disgusting. First no chicken breast available so the substituted with... a drumstick, and still charged full price, which was wrong. 6 pm and they close the pumps. No bags at the resisters. Mac andcheese and Mashed potato gravy and butter, completely disgusting. The worst experience with royal farms ever. Read more
Completely useless gas station, which is the only point of this Royal Farms as there is a Wawa on the opposite corner. There are... usually only 2 or 4 out of the 16 pumps open, served by a single attendant who half the time isn't even there. The line isalways backed up, and this morning when I tried to get gas before work at 7, it wasn't even open! Maybe the lazy attendantdecided not to show up today... I'm done with this trash place. The absolute cleanest RF I have ever been in!! The employees were so friendly, the coffee area was spotless and the entire store... was stocked. The employees were a big help to me as well. Read more
