I did a mobile order. They handed me my food and said the frosty would be one minute. They had me pull in front of the... drive-thru so other cars could utilize the drive up. After waiting almost 15 minutes I went back and told them I wanted my moneyback. They gave me the price of a small frosty even though I had to order the large and pay for it. So I had to tell them it wasa large frosty. Then they gave me the price without the tax. I was too frustrated to insist on getting the rest of the money. Read more

It is so bad that I wanna give you 0. But, that?s not possible, so I give you a 1. Need a new person on the drive thru headset.... How you repeat my order to me & still mess it up??!?
