Recently had BBQ bacon pizza, Cheese pizza, and a meat lovers... Other than the sauce on the BBQ pizza and the look they were... indistinguishable in taste. Which is a feat in it's self. The crust was dull like an eraser. Didn't try the dips. So a big MEH...nope. Read more
I stayed at a nearby hotel and due to it being late I decided to order from here. The person who took my order was nice however... this place has very poor hand hygiene. Staff member was touching everything from cash till , counter to orders, oven to mypizza dough . When I asked him to wash his hand he did however he retouched the pizza dough and argued with me when I asked himfor different pizza dough. I understand oven kills bacteria but hand hygiene is a big part of food prep. When attempted toexplain that to staff member, he argued back with me and gave me unprofessional attitude. Sidney Bc. App and online order doesn?t work. Phone is 866 number no idea where my city is located couldn?t complete my order.... Rude. No delivery person. Thank god for local pizza Mariners. Panago is a no go. Period. Read more

The pizza was great, the service was great, but we made the mistake of ordering through the app which doesn?t even provide the... option to tip the employees. I had no cash on me so was unable to tip when I picked up, and ringing a tip through the till isapparently not an option as well. I?m going to avoid this place in the future unless I have the right change to tip the staff.Panago needs to rectify the situation Read more
Ordered pizza and salad for delivery. Order taker Akanksha got my order right. Person who put together the order at the store... screwed it up. Receipt said "Caeasar Dressing" as its a Caesar Salad and they put Italian Tomato Dip. Ordered a salad but neversent cutlery to eat it with. Common sense stuff. Read more
