I got the refund but have to share this -- I ordered a 6 inch veg pizza for my wife, a 9 inch non-veg for myself and some... fries. But I got the opposite and my vegetarian wife ended up eating pepperoni with beef toppings thinking those were mushroom????...Fries were soggy. I called them and explained everything. They apologized and ask me to bring the pizza and fries backand collect the refund (cash). Very disappointing! What do we learn from this? 1 - Label the Pizza box with a green or redtag. 2 - As a customer (vegetarian) check before having it (usually we don't especially when you are starving, buttry). Thanks. Took 2 hours to deliver this pizza. Which came very cold. We ordered ham and cheese with mushrooms and extra pineapple. Came... without the extra pineapple. Not impressed Read more

Food was Okay. Wings were not well made AT ALL. It told me pick up for 12:15, showed up at 12:15 and did not get my food until... 12:25. Wasted 10 minutes of my break waiting for food when he told me ?1 more minute? when I arrived. If he would?ve told me itwould?ve been 10 more minutes I wouldn?t have waited and wasted my break. Given an empty box. Went back. Then given wrong pizza. One's we got were poor quality. Few toppings. Not what used to. Called... back. Offered free pizza to make up for it. Will get free pizza. Better be better, or never going there again. Crust is good. Read more

we waited an hour and a half for our pizza. in the past they have always been late but i have never complained and when i... phoned tonight to see if the driver wasnt able to find out house as it's dark i did not complain. but when our pizza finallyarrived and we opened the boxes a bite had been taken by someone...the driver i am assuming? covid is rampant!! i am livid!! ihave always liked pizza hut and now we are afraid to eat there!! i was offered a free pizza on the next order ha!! Pathetic customer service, the Sandy who works there said I should not call again again because the store is busy and its... difficult for them to pick up the call. Maybe they should discontinue their phone line if they can?t handle the calls. Lookingthe other people reviews I believe it does not make sense to order from them? Worst customer experience. Read more
