Our lunch at "Royal Aroma" was excellent! We have been to countless Indian restaurants over the years, but found the food here... to be the best we've experienced anywhere. Our meals were perfectly cooked and the curries had subtle, yet complex depths offlavour and texture. Everything was served hot, the tableware was attractive, and the service was courteous and attentive. Highly recommend! Read more
Delicious! We came on a Saturday and had the chicken samosas and coconut lamb curry. The samosas were good but the curry was the... star. The portions were not huge. I could have used a little more rice and the rice we got was a little dry. There were no lunchspecials anymore as far as I can tell (someone mentioned they were like bento boxes and included dessert) but the price wasfair. Read more
On my official trip to Sidney I came across this restaurant. It was indeed a pleasant surprise, the owner and server were super... nice and welcoming. I had Chicken Thali, it was amazingly delicious. The service was prompt and server Arsh regularly checkedour table. Read more
Royal Aroma is amazing. A little gem of a restaurant in Sidney. We have eaten takeout and have dined in and have never had a bad... meal. It is the best Indian cuisine we have ever had. The service is also very nice! I highly recommend! Read more
This is our favourite Indian restaurant. The food is always delicious and it is such a lovely restaurant. So nice to have a... local Indian restaurant and not have to drive all the way into town. We have tried several different dishes and everything iseven better than the last one! Lots of vegetarian options too! Read more
An enjoyable lunch. The samosas were tasty. The lentil soup was good. The naans were good, the veg biryani was meh... asked for... a higher level spice but it wasn't that spicy. The ambiance and decor of the restaurant were pleasant. I think we had the ownerserving us and he was great! I think the meals here might be a little over priced for what you get when it comes to the platesof food. Read more
Everything was amazing all food But 4 star because I ordered mango pistachio kulfi to go and later when I opened it. It taste... like mango and some butter. Also we didn’t expect that it will be like some regular chunk of something and may be I expectedsome fork or something to eat with but nothing so ruined some mood. Read more
We were thrilled to try this lovely restaurant after hearing a good review. The food was absolutely delicious and the... server/owner was very friendly and efficient. We live on on one of the Gulf Islands and ferry to Sidney frequently. Our meal wasso good, we will make Royal Aroma a destination. Read more
