Im a doordasher. So I, unfortunately, must come here often. Every single time I come to this store they don't acknowledge that I... exist for several minutes. Then when they do, I sit here and wait and wait and wait. All the while, watching them ignore theother people who come in. I mean, I get it, drive through is the priority. But at least say 'hi, we'll be right with you'. I have seen more people walk out in frustration than I have seen being served. Quite disappointing guys. ???? Read more
Order a BBQ bacon and cheese chicken sandwich @ 11:32pm was handed to me at 11:37pm keith told me it was gonna be a 6 minute... wait. Keith (the bk drive through worker) was very nice and my food was so hot it almost burnt my mouth tasted great ???? Stood in line for 15 minutes and I asked if I could make an order. All of the employees were standing around and they said they... were to busy. I was the only customer there! I can't belive I wasn't allowed to order anything! But by reading other reviews andseeing how horrid that kitchen was, I'll take it as a blessing. I will never come back again!!! Read more
Horrible! Waited 15 minutes and no one acknowledged us standing in line. 5 people in back running around accomplishing nothing.... No team lead there to direct the crew and motivate them to do their job. Three times this has happened and never will we travelthere again. Mind you we drove an hour from where we live because this is the closest BK to us. Read more
If I could less than one star I would. This was the second time I tried this establishment and it was worse than the 1st which I... didn?t think was possible. We waited for and hour in the drive thru finally we pulled up to the 2nd window which they told us towait at the 1st window and no one ever showed up. Our food was wrong and ice cold. They did apologize but never even offered tomake it right, which at the bare minimum would be to give us the correct food and have it be hot. Read more
We ordered $30 worth of food and when we filled our cups with icee instead of pop (they were both right next to each other and... the icee was cheaper) the lady accused us of stealing! I offered to pay and she said she wouldn't tell anyone I gave her anextra $3 for the icees (that were cheaper) when we left. Maybe they should put up a sign instead of accusing their customers oftheft!!!! Read more
