Manager at the Sidney MT Domino's does not have an ounce of customer service skill whatsoever. The pizzas were not even sliced... properly. Ordered boneless wings, got bone in. And when we called to see if they could correct it, the manager proceeded todeflect negatively insisting that we ordered that when that's not what we wanted for the order. When the manager said they'dgive us a playback on the call, they did not play a recording back, proceeded to strawman us the price and didn't play therecording back. That is not how you operate the business. That kind of greed and selfishness reflects bad on the businessfranchise because I won't be inclined to order at a Domino's anywhere now based on this experience. Do better. Read more
Must have a young immature drive, think his name is Jacob but always forgets parts of order or keeps them which are mostly... drinks leaves rude comments and pictures, if you don?t leave a big enough tip that is, highly don?t recommend because of this,others seem to try but doesn?t seek like they can keep employees besides him Read more
Pizza was great. Exactly what we ordered but although we are literally right across the street the delivery boy ignores flashing... porch lights and after trying to wave him down I believe he might not have had a problem mowing us over.....3rd time in arow..... Awesome pizza otherwise Read more
Almost always has good quality food, it's always nice and hot, tasty AF, and they rarely mess up my order. If they do, they go... above and beyond in fixing it. You can't go wrong with Domino's if you want pizza that is both tasty AND affordable. I honestlyeat here more than I should. Maybe... maybe it's TOO good? Read more
I ordered online and both my phone and the board said my order was ready. When I asked about my order the cashier looked but... said it wasn't ready. I think it the their website and store can't seem to coordinate that well then maybe they shouldn't try topost when orders are ready on a big screen. The store was very nice clean and the staff is very pleasant. Only going to dockthem one star since technology doesn't always work as intended. Also the pizza is quite good and they are quick. Great little restaurant area, nice and clean, the gentlemen who took our order was pleasant enough (didn't take to our humor but... hey!...).... Pizza was great...fresh and Hot!! We ordered three different kinds, but I have to say that four cheese wasdelicious. ... Read more
We went there and the wait time was over 30 mi utes with 2 employees on site and only 1 working. Would not recommend going here... if your in a hurry. Read more
