Honestly some of the best subway employees I have ever interacted with. BUT my sweet onion chicken sandwich was ice cold :( very... disappointing had to dismantle the sandwich to reheat my chicken when I got to my destination with my trailer. Otherwise greatstop. Read more
2 stars just for the man who was there. You could tell he was frustrated. I asked him to take his time and do what he has to.... No rush. He said I'd like to but I just need a little break and a drink of water. Bet your but I got the man water. You can tellmanagement was not present nor any other staff. Going into dinner rush also! Went there for lunch today and there was only one poor little gal, named Karen, working. She was busting her tail and very... pleasant. Apparently her co-worker disappeared. Seems like as busy as they are they would make sure there was more than oneperson working. We watched a couple people walk out because of the line. Management needs to pay closer attention. I was very disappointed. ORDERED steak and cheese 12 inch on white. Bread fine, it was 6 inches, they where out of steak... got... chicken... nasty! Vegetables only had 4 jalapenos....then ran out...lettuce was not fresh.. no onions.. Read more
Changing my review cuz I've been a few times since then and have had good quality sandwiches every time. Took literally 15... minutes to make 1 wrap, it wasn't even wrapped well at all. They were out of things for all 3 sandwiches I wanted to order. Thegirl working was so slow I almost walked out without any of my sandwiches. Also all of their fountain drinks are closed downwhich I'm not sure why because I've been to other subways in Montana and their fountain drinks are open. Read more
Was at Subway 11/5/2020 at 11:30. The two girls were doing a mobile order, no big deal. 30 sandwiches, im told they were almost... done. Ok, cool. They finish the 30 sandwiches, and then answer the phone, took another mobile order or 10 sandwiches, andinstead of starting mine since they were done with the first mobile order, they STARTED THE SECOND MOBILE ORDER and told me Iwould just have to wait. Obviously I left, but seriously? Stephanie or whoever the manager is now needs to talk to thoseemployees about customer service. That was absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention it took them 30 minutes to make like 5sandwiches, and on top of it all they kept touching their faces and not changing their gloves. Sidney Subway has gone downsince I worked there and thats a shame. Go to Footers if you want good sandwiches in a quick manner. Read more
Terrible customer service, improper portions of EVERYTHING on my sandwich, as well as wrong ingredients. The kid working was... friendly but made it seem like we were a bother being there spending our money on food. My food was still cold after he heatedthe meat and toasted my sandwich twice. Definitely don?t want to come back soon atm. Read more
