Came in, ordered and everything was perfect. Everyone was very pleasant, another guy came in behind us and had a very... complicated order, basically changing everything he could, also requested a manager while ordering, they handled the situationwith proper manners and very promptly, the guy sits down, ate half his burger, then got up and complained about it and keptrepeating himself talking to staff as if they were children. The staff was wonderful and I feel awful they had this situationbut handled it perfectly. Read more
Breakfast is the ONLY time to go! Don't even bother going at any other time! We are stuck in town in a close proximity which... has resulted in more visits than we normally have. Came for dinner and ordered. Sat and sat for at least 20 min while 12 orderswere filled after we ordered. Finally got up and approached the counter only to have 4-6 employees ignore me before my angryhusband took over. Then they began to fill our order... And it was still wrong!!! Clean and nice staff. Food was fresh! Staff was cleaning everything in the waiting area.
This is easily the most disgusting restaurant I've visited in decades. The doors, the tables, the floors were all covered in... sticky residue. There were flies everywhere. The men's bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. If the kitchenlooks the same this place should be closed. Read more

I was traveling through Sidney Nebraska and wanted something quick convenient, so I chose this McDonald?s location. This is a... good McDonald?s location, the staff was friendly and the food was good. One of the items on my burger was not added, but when Ibought it to the staffs attention they immediately remedied my issue. I recommend this McDonald?s location. Read more
Rarely ever get all of your food and if you're in a hurry it's hard to dig around to make sure. Usually miles away by the time... we realize. Sometimes you might get an apology though. Breakfast burritos is all I can eat there and 95% of the time they aren'tgood. They don't compare to other locations at all! Always have a bunch of empty dried tortilla on the ends, not very big ( caneat in 3 bites after tearing off the crusty tortilla) and half of the time no cheese! Read more
