We go through Sidney quite a bit and have been wanting to try Runza for some time so over the weekend we finally... did. Disappointed... Fry's we're overcooked and burnt, onion rings undercooked cold and soggy, and the sandwich itself (we gotjust the basic #1 combo) lacked flavor and was very low on meat onions and cabbage. We were there shortly after they opened this morning for lunch (it was lunch for our kiddo) and the gentleman working the... counter was very helpful and courteous. Not only that but the chef in the back was just as personable and interested in thequality of our food and service. Fries were hot and crunchy too! Read more
Clean, efficient, and staffed with attentive, conscientious staff. Even the young staff people had excellent customer service... skills. I only say that to differentiate from the full grown adults at other service establishments who don?t know the firstthing about customer service or having a good attitude. Congratulations Nebraska! My first time trying this place was on 08Jun22 1000 hrs. The gentleman working up front at the register was the most... professional and courteous person I have met in a very long time. Excellent highway stop for fast food fare. The Runza menu is basic but while urban travelers may find it sparse of big chain... options, that simplicity helps this location stay on track. During the lunch rush, our food arrived quickly and hot. Theburgers were just fine. The salad is .. a fast food salad. The wrap I tried was ok but it was what I needed if perhaps a bitsmall. The cleanliness was mostly ok" but given the highway proximity and resulting high traffic, the bathrooms need moreregular cleaning. Read more
We're locals here in Sidney nebraska. A bunch of us go over after church. It's always good, and clean.
