Who puts 1000 Island dressing on Nachos? Even when I addressed the sauce our chicken BBQ bowl also had 1000 islands dressing on... the rice. Paid $120 after tip for 3 people to take 2 bites of their food and not bring any home. Only reason I tipped is becausethe waitress was sweet and it wasn't her fault we felt bad for her. Read more
There is an odd stench when you walk in. The food was decent and the wait staff was pleasant. However when the bill came we... were told that they had just installed a new POS system and it wasn't working, they were only accepting cash payments. Luckilywe had enough cash on us, otherwise we would have to go to the ATM at the bank across the parking lot. Read more
July 27, 2022-Called the day prior and had to leave a message for a reservation-message was never returned. Called again the... following day and made a reservation for 6 pm. Upon arrival, waitress scrambled to give us a table. Terrible meal. The onlything that was good was the steak and the ginger ale. The salad was all lettuce, three pieces of diced tomato that wassoured-tiny cucumbers. Our coconut shrimp was wayyyyyy over cooked, but came out on greens that were way better looking thanwhat was on the salad. Waited an hour and 40 minutes for our meals. The spinach (seasonal vegetable) was canned spinach (orterribly over cooked) and tasted awful. I asked for sautéed mushrooms for my steak, and they came out as little over cooked,black nuggets. I believe, the mashed potatoes are not real potatoes. Our meals were cold. Many people at surrounding tableswere sending their meals back-we did not. Super disappointed, as this was our 20th anniversary meal. For the prices you charge,you should be more aware of what your cooks are sending out. Never had such a terrible meal at a restaurant. Only ate thesteak, which was actually cooked well and tasted good. However, we will not return. $90 for two people-did not have alcoholicdrinks or dessert-two meals, sodas, appetizer. Went here for Father's day today. My husband and I love getting the delmonico steak. We usually get it with the shrimp skewers... added, but they ran out of them today... onion petals were bland. Ranch dressing was mostly mayonnaise and very thick. I endedup sending my steak back and not eating my meal. Steak was very chewy and was not cooked correctly. ???? had a nice talk withthe manager who listened to my concerns and took the steak off my bill. Worst Steakhouse I ever ate at. I asked for my steak ?black and blue?and my wife ordered the same steak medium well. We both got... rare identical steaks. Cooking a steak about the easiest food to prepare on earth. Not for this place, I also had a single porkchop it was overcooked, dry and terrible as well. The cowboy beans had zero flavor or spices. Like a 3 gallon can of no frillsbeans from a food dispensary for homeless people. Rice pilaf also had zero flavor. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Youneed to fire your steak chef. Read more
Our reservation were for a little later in the evening so we did miss out on the Prime Rib but our food was good. Restaurant was... clean and inviting. Our server Alexandria (I think that's her name) was awesome. Polite, answered all of our questions. And she joked with us and I think we all had a great time. Will return in the future. Read more
THIS RESTAURANT IS AWESOME! Showed up late one evening for a drink at the bar and while talking to some other guests, the owner... heard I was hungry so he went and had his chef grill me a steak and shrimp combo! Nov 1, 2022: What's the deal with this place? Hard to find them open. Closed, again, today. From 3 Stars to 1. April 2021: The... food itself was very good. We had a full rack of ribs. Tender and tasty. French fries were great, crispy. We also had salads andeverything appeared to be fresh. We also had pasta with red sauce. This was just okay. Not a lot of flavoring in the red sauce.The environment is okay. A little more social distancing at this time would probably be beneficial. We were seated at a tableright next to the back door. That table should be removed. The service was a little haphazard. We had to keep asking for basicthings like silverware, plates, and extra napkins with the ribs. The lack of a better rating is due to the social distancing andthe service. But we'll be back. And this review will be updated. Read more
