Place was crowded at 6pm on Friday. Servers were trying hard to keep up. Their take-out ordering is a bit odd as there is no... counter, but at the bar inside. Chicken Taco was delicious, Blackened shrimp alfredo was just average. They should pre mix thepasta for takeouts as it's hard to mix it in the box after. Read more
Stopped here today 08/31/22, approx. 3:15. Was finally going to celebrate my birthday & get my free dessert too. What a... disappointment!!! I had worked outside all day, I was in a lot of physical pain, was starving, so out of 3 places, I drove onthe other side of town to stop at Sidney's Applebees! Huge mistake! Walked in, door makes a noise, you'd think SOMEONE, ANYONEwould hear it, NO! The girl came out from the "kitchen" twice to fill the ice at the bar, she did NOT so much as to look to seeif anyone was waiting. ONLY 2 guys at bar, NO one else even there. Yes, there was a sign on the door, something about low staff,which I am understanding of. What I am not understanding of, was her not even thinking someone could be waiting, look up & saysomeone will be with me shortly! I figured my service would not have improved, so I left! well i ordered my food from here today , and they microwaved the hell out the chicken and broccoli, like really??? if your... going to do that , least do it correctly!! chicken hard as a rock and dry becuase someone decided to microwave it for beinglazy, when your paying 12 per plate. at the very least send out some good food Read more
So tonight my service was amazing. I believe our servers name was Toronto. He got everything we needed and checked on us... numerous times. I made sure he know how great of a job he did. Kind waiter who was doing his best during the rush. However our wings, fish, fries and Mac and cheese were served cold and... tasted dry as if it was made yesterday and left out until we ordered. Asked for a fresh batch of fries and it tasted like oldfries thrown in the microwave. Super disappointed and would have loved to NOT pay for the food and walk out but we were starvingand eat what we could stomach. I usually enjoy Applebee?s so hopefully this location gets their sh*t together. Read more
Nice place to dine. Only problem was that they didn't have two of the items on the menu. The food was really good otherwise.
