Consistently one of the worst fast food experiences I have ever had. My most recent trip, the fries were not warm and the drink... was barely carbonated and watered down. They charged a dollar to upsize a soda from a small to a large, and 99 cents for cheesesauce. The drive-thru was incredibly slow despite their only being three cars. I consistently have negative experiences at thislocation, visit somewhere else. Read more
Lobby wasn't open and we needed to feed a truck load of hungry kids. We were in the rv and couldn't fit through the drive thru.... The friendly staff allowed us to walk up to the window! Such a blessing when we truly needed it!! Read more
The buns on the beef and cheddar were hard. There was no sauce on them. They forgot are crinkle fries and the whole meal was... just really bad. I would not recommend Arby's in Sidney ever again Read more
My order was simple it was a chicken sandwich an order of fries after a 15-minute wait the food was cold and the chicken which... were chicken tenders we're so hard I could barely chew them the cheese was not orange more Brown. Very disappointing Read more
For the price they charged for a "fast food" grilled chicken salad, i.e.$6 59, it could have had more chicken, and more adorning... touches. It was basically iceberg lettuce, 3 small, unripe tomato wedges, and a tbsp of bacon bits, with a few very smallchicken squares. No blue cheese, no pecans, no croutons and no other veggies with the plain lettuce. It was basically a sidesalad with an oz. Of chicken. Really not quality, in any way shape or form, and way, way over priced. Additionally several ofthe lettuce pieces were browning. The pop was $3. McDonald's still has $1 soft drinks!!!!! So not getting my vote for lunch onthe road, any time soon. Arby's needs to do better..... just saying!!!! Read more

I don?t regularly visit any other Arby?s aside from the Sidney location so can?t compare there. Conveniently located right off... i75 across from Speedway with plenty of parking! No issues this visit and have always addressed any in the past! Staff alwaysfriendly during our visits and are always happy to accept my coupons :) (Drive-Thru lights sometimes aren?t on at night sodouble check store times as being short staffed has impacted the hours) Read more
