I?m rating them this based on their attitude towards dashers. I don?t usually have an issue when it comes to picking up orders... from them but yesterday I did. I was ignored for 10 minutes which I can get over since I understand being short staffed but thenwas told I needed to walk back their and pick up the order that had no receipt on it and wasn?t marked. There was 1 bag on thetray and 1 off to the side. So as anyone would I assumed they were 2 separate orders since they were apart. Finally picked upthe one on the tray and I found a receipt under it and assumed that was the whole order since well they shouldn?t have beenseparated otherwise if they went together. Turns out it was both bags and the customer was mad at me and slammed the door in myface and gave me a 1 star rating because Frickers didn?t have the orders properly marked. Please do better when it comes toDoorDash. You don?t get the bad ratings when something is messed up is dashers do. Read more
Went in today for lunch with a friend and her son, there was 1 other table with guests and a couple people at the bar...ordered... fountain drinks...over 5 minutes later still nothing...got up and left. The staff at the sidney ohio location were completely unattractive. Not busy at all. I had to go to the bar to get my own... refill. Chicken chunks were nothing more than the left over fried batter in the bottom of the bag. Cheese wasn't even melted onthe burger. Do not recommend to anyone. Read more
