I?m rating them this based on their attitude towards dashers. I don?t usually have an issue when it comes to picking up orders... from them but yesterday I did. I was ignored for 10 minutes which I can get over since I understand being short staffed but thenwas told I needed to walk back their and pick up the order that had no receipt on it and wasn?t marked. There was 1 bag on thetray and 1 off to the side. So as anyone would I assumed they were 2 separate orders since they were apart. Finally picked upthe one on the tray and I found a receipt under it and assumed that was the whole order since well they shouldn?t have beenseparated otherwise if they went together. Turns out it was both bags and the customer was mad at me and slammed the door in myface and gave me a 1 star rating because Frickers didn?t have the orders properly marked. Please do better when it comes toDoorDash. You don?t get the bad ratings when something is messed up is dashers do. Read more
Went in today for lunch with a friend and her son, there was 1 other table with guests and a couple people at the bar...ordered... fountain drinks...over 5 minutes later still nothing...got up and left. Passed server on the way out and she didn't evenacknowledge us. I don't intend to eat there again, and I used to eat there regularly. Read more

When we first walked in there was no one at the counter. Then this worker called to us from the other room asking how many... people, told us to come her way then proceeded to sit back down at the high top on her phone, talking with her friends. I wouldhave thought that if your working that you should be doing your job and not face timing. The same lady that yelled to us to comeher way cleaned 1 table, then proceeded to sit on the chair again on her phone. Read more
First time Dining here. Everything started well and then they over cooked a steak. I was hesitant to say anything but the... waitress ensured me that they would promptly get it taken care of. After she went to the back of house they made her come backand take the steak from me. Which was completely fine I was not eating it. Then it seemed like every employee in the back of thehouse came out to look at me and steer me down for a few minutes each. Then there was a gentleman from the back vaping right inthe middle of the store. The waitress brought out the new steak and it was overcooked as well. I typically will never sayanything about my food because I also operate a restaurant. The waitress was nice. Back of house staff was very unprofessional.Was our first time will not be returning. First time here and I was impressed with Abby. Not only was she the only waitress on the floor, she kept up with every table,... and kept a happy atmosphere amongst the room. She literally Ran from table to table as she had the whole room to service. VeryImpressive. I had the one pound steak. Cooked as I requested and very little fat. Good value. Side dishes...baked beans and coleslaw had good taste as well. The Winner here was me!..as I got great food and a waitress who made a first time visitor feel likea Regular! Thank You Abby! Read more
The staff at the sidney ohio location were completely unattractive. Not busy at all. I had to go to the bar to get my own... refill. Chicken chunks were nothing more than the left over fried batter in the bottom of the bag. Cheese wasn't even melted onthe burger. Do not recommend to anyone. Read more
