Ordered more than 1 pizza, only got 1. Pizza was supposed to take 10 min, I waited at least 20. Then I get a refund only for... missing pizza in a different method than I paid in. Should have refunded both for the excessive wait or offered something forthe inconvenience. Read more

Well, in spite of all the bad reviews - i had a good exp here. Nate helped me at the counter & was very nice & the food was good... & hot too. But also, it was really quite refreshing to hear Nate & his fellow workers laughing & joking & them just being humanbeings. The silence these last couple years has been so loud... deafening. Crust was hardly cooked. Didn't get the order right. How do you get raw dough on a thin crust... Staff is worthless. Cheese... bread was fine. Read more
Ordered a pizza a 8pm supposed to be done at 8:25. It?s now 9 o?clock and they are still screwing around and I have no pizza.... Everyone that works there sitting around doing nothing but eating Waffle House hmm.. inept management. Will never be back. Read more
Ordered 2 large pizzas 1 Hawaiian, and 1 meat combo. No special requests. 1/2 hour wait time, ok not a big deal. We arrive at... the store and are told that their equipment was down. Pizzas arent ready. Apologize, and say its gonna be another 10 minutes. Wewait in the car in the lot. My boyfriend goes in to get said pizza and is in the store for another 15 minutes before we get ourpizzas. We placed the order at 5:37 was told it would be ready for pick up at 6:07. Didnt get our food until 6:35. Then the ladyworking says she put the wrong size pizza in the oven for us, their equipment wasnt even down! Read more
All the pre-made pizzas in the warmer looked like they've been there for a week so I requested a fresh one and I'd be OK waiting... on it. The fresh one looked worse than the old ones and was burnt. 2nd visit I ordered fresh again and it sat on end of ovenfor 10 minutes before someone came and got it ready for me. Manager was extremely rude. Can't think of one redeeming qualityexcept its cheap and is actually good if you can manage to get a fresh order and if you can get someone to actually wait on you.
