i normally love hothead and have never had an issue with my service or my experience. but today was disappointing. we normally... don?t eat inside and i know many don?t. but when i tell you that the woman that was ?working? there was terrible. she had all ofher kids there which i understand entirely, but she did nothing but yell and cuss and say inappropriate things to them the WHOLEtime we were there. it was ridiculous. i feel so bad for the kids and the people that have to work with her. she showed zeroprofessionalism and it?s so sad. i love hothead and i don?t want to stop going there but they have definitely stopped caringabout who they hire and what the people do when they?re there. We love our local hot head here in sidney as I used to work there. However last week when we ordered our food there was a rude... purple and pink haired woman who seemed to be in charge complaining about a really sweet young new girl who was doing anexcellent job. She was friendly & cooking some fresh veggies & the mean lady was complaining she was doing it wrong.. well weate those veggies and they were better than usual so please keep doing it wrong new girl. To top it off mean woman couldnt evenroll my burrito, she rolled it into a perfect ball & broke it so had to use 2 tortilla shells which was impossible to eat. Newgirl was everything you want in customer service and I wish she rolled my burrito, at least she would have had an excuse for notbeing able to roll it. I have been in similar positions myself and could tell the mean lady was just jealous of the nice younggirl, there was no reason to be rude to her. It's sad to see most people in charge at restaurants are just bully's who thinkthey are cool cause they are in a position of power but as Mitch says in the movie waiting being the coolest person at yourrestaurant job is like being the smartest kid with down syndrome Read more
Ordered 2 burritos for pick up , when i got home and started eating noticed both burritos were made wrong.the manager I spoke to... on the phone said either drive back across town and waste my gas because they made my order wrong or just eat what i got.Horrible customer service wont be back ever. Ordered 2 burritos online, get home they were not even rolled and was falling apart, they didn't even drain the beans, didn't... put pico or the sour cream on them, I will never eat there again, this use to be my favorite burrito place. Not anymore Read more
Burrito was good and made to order. There was a new young woman who was still learning but did a great job and was good at... customer service. The manager on the other hand wasn't very good at modeling customer service. Glad we stopped in, but wouldprobably try somewhere else next time. Read more
We Both had steak bowls , there so delicious n very filling , place was very clean , n everyone is super nice and friendly
