Although little Caesars pizza is ok for what you pay wings are ok but when you order crazy bread you get cold marinara and Nacho... cheese I don?t know about anyone else but if I get marinara or cheese sauce I don?t want it cold little Caesar?s step your gameup warm the sauce for the people that. This place is unconventional but hands down is the best pizza in town. No matter how fast they change workers the food stays the... same. WHAT HAPPENED TO HOT N READY? Went through the Drive Thru at 5:55pm on a Tuesday. Ordered a Pepperoni Deep Dish, a Classic... Cheese and an order of Crazy Bread. Had to repeat it three times. Gentleman said he would have my total at the window. Heasked again what I ordered. I paid then was told to pull around front and they would bring it out. He still didn't get theCrazy Bread on the order so I went inside waited 5 minutes before someone could ring it up since I had a card. After waiting 15minutes they brought my pizzas out. I drove home only to find out they gave me a Deep Dish Pepperoni and a Pepperoni Pizza. Icalled and they made it right by me driving back to Little Ceasars to get the Cheese pizza. This store location has a drive thru y'all!!!???????? The staff was professional and very friendly.?? The pizza was fresh, hot,... and ready. The Newark, Ohio store seriously needs to take notes from y'all. If they had a store set up and competent staff likeyours they'd make a killing in revenue, and have happy customers. They never cut the pizza very well, but yesterday they didn't even make an attempt. Service is normally acceptable and price is... right. I will continue eating here as long as they have the pretzel pizza. That thing is awesome! Read more
My boyfriend placed an order online for our family on Friday and the app gave us 20 minutes for pick up. I was out shopping so... I ended up getting there early. They told me at the speaker that it was in the oven. We waited and watched as one employee keptbringing out other order for people that came in after us. When she was looking for someone else she said she didn't have onefor us. One hour after our order was placed and 45 minutes of us outside the store waiting...we finally received our order. Itold them they should have offered some sort of discount or refund or a free item for them losing our order. This time it was adifferent person bringing our food. She offered to give us something but only after I said something. I declined because Iwasn't waiting there any longer... I had done enough of that. Read more
